Abstract Submission:
You are invited to submit an abstract of work to be presented at the conference. Your abstract should emphasize the originality of the work. The work must be unpublished at the time of the conference. The abstract should be submitted using the form included with the first conference mailer. If you did not receive the mailer you can contact the conference office or use the Abstract Submission Form found here. The final proceedings of the conference will be published in a hard-bound book by John Wiley and Sons. Preliminary abstracts are due May 15, 1997 and the final 4 page manuscripts must be received by July 15, 1997. This early deadline is being imposed to allow time for peer review prior to the conference and timely publication of the proceedings book. Instructions for preparation of the final manuscript will be included with letters of acceptance that will be sent to authors in June.
Oral Presentations:
A limited number of oral presentation slots are available in the contributed sessions of the conference. If you are selected for an oral presentation you will be allotted 20 minutes including questions. Invited presentations are generally 40 minutes including questions. Both 35 mm slides and overhead projectors will be available. If you require special audiovisual requirements, contact the conference office (505) 989-4735 for more information.
