Manufacturers of SIMS instrumentation , accessories, ion sources, detectors, surface profilometers, vacuum equipment, sample preparation equipment and materials characterization labs are encouraged to exhibit at the conference. Exhibit tables will be located in the same hall as the posters. All breaks, as well as the formal poster viewing sessions will take place in this hall. Exhibitng vendors will also have the opportunity to present their latest products in a special after-dinner vendor oral presentation session.The participation of vendors is an important part of the workshop program. We invite you to consider participating.
