Abstract Submission:
You are invited to submit an abstract of your work to be presented at the meeting. Deadline for Submission is March 30, 2001. Abstracts should be one to three pages (8 1/2" x 11") including figures and references. The title, authors(s), and affiliations should be centered at the top followed by text and figures. Underline presenting author. Please leave a 1" margin on the left, right and bottom of each page. Your abstract as submitted will be printed in the final program booklet. 3 copies of the abstract should be submitted with the form found on the conference mailer. Oral Presentations:
A limited number of oral presentation slots are available in the contributed sessions of the conference. If you are selected for an oral presentation you will be allotted 20 minutes including questions. Both 35 mm slides and overhead projectors will be available. If you require special audiovisual requirements, contact the conference office (505) 989-4735 for more information.
Posters:
Each presentation will be allotted a board of 8 feet wide by 4 feet high (2.4 m x 1.2 m)
