Manufacturers of SIMS instrumentation , accessories, ion sources, detectors,
surface profilometers, vacuum equipment, sample preparation equipment and
materials characterization labs are encouraged to exhibit at the conference.
Exhibit booths will be located in the same hall as the posters. All breaks,
as well as the formal poster viewing sessions will take place in this hall.
The participation of vendors is an important part of the workshop program. We invite you to consider the following options:
1. Sustaining Member - $350
Each Sustaining Member will receive one hard and one diskette copy of the SIMS Workshop mailing list (currently 2,250 listitings,) as well as a one page, double-sided advertisement in the SIMS Workshop Proceedings booklet and a listing as a sustaining member in the SIMS Workshop Program.
2. Exhibiting Member - $500
Each exhibitor will receive one (8 ft. x 3 ft.) skirted display table supplied with
110V power. Additional display tables are $150 each
3. Vendor Presentor - $700 (Limited Availability)
Each presenter will be invited to present a 10 minute oral presentation to
the attendees at the Vendor Technical Sales Session held in conjunction eith the conference banquet. In addition,
each presenter will be provided with one (8 ft. x 3 ft.) skirted display table
supplied with 110 V power in the vendor display area.
4. Advertisement in the Workshop program book - $100/page
The program will be an 8.5" x 11" three-ring binder. Advertisers will provide
150 copies to be inserted into the program book. Pages may be black and white
or color, single or double sided.
5. Workshop and Session Sponsor - $2,600.00
Your contribution will subsidize student support and the
technical program. As a sponsor, your tax deductible support will be
prominently acknowledged in the Workshop program.
