Call for Papers

Deadline April 16, 2004
Abstracts must be received by April 16, 2004. Abstracts should be one to three pages (8.5" x 11") including figures and references. The title, author(s), and affiliation should be centered at the top followed by text and figures. Underline the presenting author. Please leave a 1" margin on the left, right and bottom of each page. Your abstract as submitted will be printed in the conference final program.

You must submit 3 copies of your abstract. Your covering letter must indicate the Presenting Author; Affiliation; Street Address; City, Province/State, Postal/Zip; Telephone, Fax, Email; and, your preferred presentation whether Poster or oral presentation if space is available.
