Conference and Registration Information

Important. To maintain the workshop nature of the meeting, registration will be limited to 150. There will be no on-site registration. The cost for registration is $385.00 before April 16th, 2004. After April 16, 2004, registration cost will be $485.00.

Cancellations. Notice of cancellation must be postmarked on or before April 16, 2004. A $30 processing fee will be deducted from refunds.

Your Conference Registration includes the reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, two lunches, the conference dinner, and the conference banquet/excursion.
