*$525.00 registration fee includes the 3 ½ day workshop, 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 receptions (on the nights there is not a dinner), 1 banquet dinner on site, 1 dinner off site (at a scenic location) and 8 beverage breaks. Audio visual , poster boards, meeting space and abstract book all for the workshop are included too. The discounted registration fee is for those attendees that stay at the conference hotel at the negotiated discounted room rate of $139.00 - $154.00 per room per night plus applicable taxes. Note: (rate depends on first come, first served basis and room size).
**$650.00 registration fee includes the 3 ½ day workshop, 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 receptions (on the nights there is not a dinner), 1 banquet dinner on site, 1 dinner off site (at a scenic location) and 8 beverage breaks. Abstract book all for the workshop are included too. The increased registration fee is for those attendees that DO NOT stay at the conference hotel. This causes an increase in the workshop expenses to the hotel.
1 day symposium on Ambient Ionization on Thursday, May 19th, 2011, $150.00USD
Special 1 day registration for the ambient ionization symposium on Thursday, May 19th, 2011. If are planning to attend only the special session on ambient ionization the registration fee is $150. This cost covers breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you wish to attend the talks on Wednesday & Friday (some of these are highly relevant) then you will have to pay the full registration fee of $525 (reduced fee for staying at Tremont Site Hotel) or $650 for all other registrant which includes meals for all five days of the conference.
