SIMS Workshop Registration Information

       

      Advanced Registration Fees (Deadline April 12, 1998):

        Full registration for this conference is $260.00 dollars(international currency converter ) The registration fee will include morning and afternoon breaks, meeting space fees, registration mixer, dinner on Monday, scenic boat cruise with dinner on Tuesday, and two lunches. It also covers the proceedings booklet. Please complete the meeting registration form and mail with payment. If you have not received a registration form in the mail, you can printout this SIMS Workshop registration form, and mail or fax to the conference office. Your registration must be accompanied by credit card information (VISA or MasterCard Only) or a check in US dollars for the total amount. All persons in the conference areas of the hotel must be registered and wearing an official workshop name badge. Pre registered attendees may pickup their name badge and registration packet beginning at 3 pm on Sunday, May 10, 1998 at the Omni hotel.

        Important.... On site Registration will not be offered. To maintain the workshop nature of the meeting, the number of attendees will be limited to 150 people. Please register early.

      Cancellation:

        To cover the cost of handling and processing $30 will be deducted from refunds for cancellations. Written request for a refund must be postmarked on or before May 6, 1998.

      Companion Registration:

        Companion tickets are offered for persons accompanying conference registrants:
        Conference Banquet, Monday evening, May 11, $40 each
        Lake Austin Dinner Cruise, Tuesday evening, May 12, $50 each

      Social Program:

        Sunday 7-9 pm; Welcome Reception

        Monday 7-9 pm Conference Dinner at the Omni: Official SIMS XI name badge required.

        Tuesday, 6:30-10:30 pm Banquet/Boat Excursion. Buses will transport you from the Omni to the river. This special event is intended for adults. Older children are welcome, but must be supervised by their parents.
